Rewards Store Terms & Conditions
- Please choose your reward carefully. Once you have redeemed Reward Points for your reward, it cannot be returned for Reward Points to a Points Record, cashed in or exchanged except where the reward is a product covered by a consumer guarantee under applicable consumer protection laws (for instance, where the reward is faulty or not as described).
- Unless we advise in writing otherwise, rewards will not be delivered to an address outside Australia.
- All reward redemptions are subject to the ANZ Rewards Terms and Conditions and any additional applicable terms and conditions communicated to you at the time of redemption.
- When you redeem Reward Points for a product, the purchase of the product may be subject to the terms and conditions of a supplier or manufacturer.
- Merchandise rewards will be dispatched within 10 business days of the redemption and should be received to most addresses within 4 weeks of being ordered. If your reward is not received within this time frame, please contact the ANZ Rewards Centre at customer_queries@anzrewards.com. Please ensure that you contact us no later than eight weeks after your order was placed in order to trace your shipment.
- If the product you have ordered arrives in a damaged state, please contact the ANZ Rewards Centre at customer_queries@anzrewards.com within fourteen days of taking delivery of the item.
- All rewards are subject to availability. If the item you have ordered becomes unavailable because of a stock shortage, we will cancel your order, return Reward Points redeemed to a Points Record and refund any payment received.
- Images of the rewards are illustrative only.
- Points Plus Pay is available on a select range of rewards. A minimum number of Reward Points will be needed to use Points Plus Pay and the payment amount must be a minimum of $2.00. The minimum points required will vary depending on the reward and is subject to change.
- We may at any time in our discretion without notice withdraw, limit, modify, cancel or increase the continued availability of reward or the number of Reward Points required to claim a particular reward.
